Ivanovo: administrative fine for publishing a banned song on a social network

In November 2016, a court in the city of Ivanovo fined a local resident 1,500 rubles for posting a banned neo-Nazi song on a social network.

In November 2016, in the city of Ivanovo, an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident who posted a video with a banned song on his page on the VKontakte social network.

It was not reported which song was being referred to, it is only known that its text was included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under number 3012 (decision of the Blagoveshchensky District Court of the Amur Region dated May 18, 2015). Recall that under this number there are several musical compositions in the list, namely:

• group PS7.62 "Kadyrov Street";
• groups "Simargl" "Former Skin";
• groups "Kolovrat" "The skin is buried";
• group "Sel'Mi "On the banner of Kolovrat (ALL SLAVES)";
• group "Corrosion of Metal" "Heil Fuhrer!".

The court fined a fan of one of the groups listed above for 1,500 rubles. The post has been removed from the page.
