In Pavlovsk, Voronezh region, the activities of an unregistered group of Christian Baptists have been suspended.

December 1, 2016 Prosecutor's Office of the Voronezh Region temporarily suspended the activities of the Association of Evangelical Churches Christian Baptists of the Voronezh Region.

The reason for the check was the appeal to the prosecutor's office of the inhabitants of Pavlovsk, who were dissatisfied with the Protestant preaching in the area.

The prosecutor's office revealed the facts of "illegal missionary work": there are no not only Baptists are registered, but there is not a single registered religious groups.
