Kerch: administrative fine for publishing prohibited audio clips on social networks

In November 2016, in Kerch of the Republic of Crimea, the court fined a local resident 3,000 rubles for publishing banned social media audio. In November 2016 in Kerch of the Republic of Crimea there were initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident who, according to law enforcement agencies, published on his page on the social network VKontakte racist audio clips included in the Federal List of Extremist materials.

Details, unfortunately, were not reported.

The court found the local resident guilty and fined 3 thousand rubles.
