In Belarus, the proxy server Tor blocked

The Belarusian authorities limited access to several Tor proxy servers-systems for anonymous Internet access and bypassing blocking. It is reported by TUT.BY with reference to its own source.

As it became known to the publication, the blocked order was sent to the providers by the regulator Belgie, who put them on his “black list”.

According to Geektimes, the number of Tor users in Belarus has almost doubled since the beginning of December. At the same time, the number of users resorting to alternative connection channels through nodes, the addresses of which are not in the public list, has grown.
