Fines for using swastikas on the Internet

In the Vologda region, a resident of the Belozersky district was fined for posting pictures with a swastika on the Internet.
In the Vologda Oblast, a resident of the Belozersky District was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols confusingly similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols).

Employees of the prosecutor's office found photographs with fascist symbols on the Internet. In relation to the user, the district prosecutor's office issued a decision to initiate proceedings on an administrative offense

The Belozersky District Court fined the man 1,000 rubles. The swastika has been removed from his page.
