How Russian "Titles" are arranged

Russian “titles” (that is, provocateurs attacking opposition activists) have many subspecies: they can be recruited from among athletes, football fans, “Cossacks”, cadets of police schools, but often odious dwarf pro -Kremlin movements are also used, which act relatively autonomously, but use the immunity from the persecution by the authorities. One of the most odious dwarf movements - SERB - recently by hearing: they desecrated the grave of Boris Nemtsov, poured an exhibition of Steurges in the urine, and also regularly attacked the anti -war pickets of "solidarity", remaining unpunished even when one of the provocateurs hit the police officer. In order to find out how this movement of the “titles” is arranged and why they remain unpunished, the correspondent of The Insider Alexander Lita was introduced into this movement.

My accounts on social networks would quickly make SERB understand that I am very far from their ideas, because I made a new VKontakte page for myself: I put a man with two grenade launches on the background of the flag of Novorossia, entered into a bunch of groups dedicated to the DPR and LPR, scored Frends, made several reposts and only then “tapped” into the group SERB VKontakte. I said that I want to help them with the promotion of the page, and they made it a moderator. True, with limited rights - I could not delete the group or change its basic settings. I sometimes loaded “patriotic” pictures, links, music and watched SERB there.

Actor

The SERB promotions usually participate in about ten men of 40-50 years of age.

The leader of SERB is a 39-year-old actor from Dnepropetrovsk Igor Beketov (also represented by Gosha Tarasevich) moved to Moscow in the fall of 2014. It earns in the Russian capital, acting in second -rate series. Beketov-Tararavich claims that in Ukraine a criminal case was brought against him for participating in pro-Russian movements. SERB (South Eastern Radical Block) really appeared in Dnepropetrovsk (the old group of SERB VKontakte), but received conditional fame already in Russian emigration.

The photographs doused with urine in the center of the Lumier brothers Alexander Petrunko is also an emigrant from Ukraine. He states that he participated in the spring of 2014 in the assault on the regional administration in Kharkov.

Another regular participant in SERB - Igor Brumel, the municipal deputy of the Just Russia in Zamoskvorechye, unsuccessfully tried to go to the Moscow City Duma. During the election campaign, it turned out that he was also a racist in the capital's parliament. The leadership of the Moscow “Just Russia” then did not disown Brumel, but tried to justify his behavior.

In addition to love for scandals, Brumel unites with Petrunko and Tarasevich that he is also originally from the east of Ukraine, from Lugansk. Brumel provides his friends with cooperation with “fair Russia”. On November 4 of this year, at the pro -government procession along the Tverskaya SERB, they went along with the SR, in November Brumel drove Tarasevich to the State Duma to get acquainted with the deputies of the new convocation from the Wedder.

SERB interacts with United Russia Evgeny Fedorov, the leader of the national liberation movement (NOD), who claimed that the texts of songs for Victor Tsoi were written in the CIA.

“Publicly Fedorov pours us with mud, but at a meeting he presses his hand and says that we are doing everything right. Fedorov and his NOD are limited in his actions due to the fact that he is a deputy. People from the NODs participate in our shares, but not from the organization, but simply as patriots, ”Tarasich told me at a personal meeting.

Police officer

But SERB maintains even more important contacts with the police.

SERB has communication channels with the police. For example, at the SERB street promotion, in which I participated, a man of characteristic opera appearance was present. Unlike the rest, he was without a scarf with SERB symbols (a red flag with a sickle and a hammer and a St. George ribbon), but was present precisely as a permanent participant in the group and its shares. “Tithers” from SERB confirmed to me - this is the current employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It was not possible to find out his name and position (in the photo below he is in the center)

SERB is trying to popularize its actions using VKontakte groups, Facebook and YouTube channel. It turns out not very well for them: Tarasevich complained to me that he was confused in the YouTube settings, and the propaganda of VKontakte is difficult: for example, he could not configure the “links” section in his group. In the VKontakte SERB group, less than 500 subscribers, although for the communities of supporters of the Donbass separatists “VKontakte” the norm is more than 10 thousand readers.

Failures in propaganda are compensated by great readiness, in their understanding, "to fight with the embryo of the Maidan in Moscow." SERB usually get into the media in a couple of months, while SERB spends street contracts about twice a week. Tarasevich was signed for a large number of opposition groups on Facebook and monitors the announcements of events there. Then Tarasevich sends invitations to his associates on social networks.

In one of the invitations sent to me, Tarasevich wrote that “it will be necessary to act hard”, in the second he promised “the opportunity to be done to be happy”, in the third he simply wrote that I had to come to a certain place at a certain time - I went to this meeting. At 16 hours 20 minutes on Saturday, I went outside from the Tretyakovskaya metro station.

Homeless

This Saturday, SERB was opposed by the Galperin brand, one of the “eternal picketers”, on which, like Dadina, a criminal case was instituted under the article of Criminal Code 212.1 (repeated violations at rallies). The case against Halperin is not closed, but does not develop either - because investigators, starting it, incorrectly summarized the number of administrative detentions of Halperin: in order to get a criminal case at 212.1, you need to have more than two sentences within six months under administrative article 20.2 (also devoted to violations at rallies).

At the indicated time, at the exit from the Tretyakovskaya, there was Halperin and several of its associates, five participants in SERB, I and another “newlywed” SERB, a patrol car, five policemen in uniform, as well as an operative with a video camera in civilian clothes.

Then the “newborn” smoothly turned to the fact that, “actually he has nowhere to sleep today”

The “newborn” is a strange exalted young man in military boots, who said that he served the police in the subway, and now he went to the army to the contract, that he had common acquaintances with the famous Donetsk separatist, and also that he got a trunk from his grandfather. Then the “newborn” smoothly turned to the fact that, “actually he has nowhere to spend the night today”: SERB activists offered him a few hundred rubles for a room for an overnight stay. He was accepted into their ranks.

“We do not always attack liberals, but only if they get posters that insult Crimea, Putin and Russia. We are not scumbags, because the police will contribute with us, ”Tarasich began to instruct me.

Halperin and his associates this time really stood with not very understandable posters, certainly not offending anyone:

But SERB decided to freeze for two hours next to Halperin. “What if he has a hidden some offensive poster and he will deploy him when we leave?”, Great age titles were experiencing.

Until the “move” was planned, Tarasevich continued to instruct me:

- If you see the liberals of an offensive poster, you need to make a remark to the police that they allow this. If the police do not react, come up and break the poster.

- And if they take the police, how to behave? - I am interested.

- Well, they will take it away: they will hold a little and release.

The torn poster is indeed not a great offense. But SERB regularly arrange fights on opposition shares.

- When the “solidarity” has a picket, then there will be almost surely a fight. With "solidarity" the difficulty is that they have authorized pickets, that is, the police must protect them. There is always a very small period of time, when we can do something, ”Tarasich continues.

- In terms of?

- Well, the police can turn away at some point ...

- And what to do if they took the police after a fight?

“The liberals will write a statement to you.” The main thing is also to write a statement to them. It is necessary to write that they kept offensive posters, that you made a remark ... and write that you were hit first: it doesn’t matter how it really was. The inquiry officer will look at two opposite statements and will not deal with them.

There is an opportunity to recall the picket of “solidarity” in August, and a particularly wide -widely dispersed photo, where Tarasevich beats a policeman:

- From the police officer there was also a violation: he did not demand to stop the fight, but silently rushed from the back. How do I know who attacked me? I hit him. We then talked with him, he had no complaints, ”said Tarasevich.

"Memory" and whistles

Waiting for whether Galperin and his associates will get some seditious poster, SERB members were sluggishly quarreling with the “Moscow Maidan” and talked among themselves. The one whom the activists call the full-time employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs talked about how the protection of mass events by the police and the signaling system using the whistle was organized in the patrol and post.

Brumel, as it turned out, loves to show photos. With the photos, he began his acquaintance with me:

- Sasha, imagine ... our Naziki - I know them all! - We decided to cooperate with Halperin! Halperin! Mark! Izrailevich!

Halperin really helped this year to apply for a “Russian March”. Brumel discovered in his smartphone photographs of Halperin from the “Russian march” with different nationalists:

- This one with Halperin is a pagan, he has his own store, he is there with wooden x ****. But I remember this on the Society "Memory" <"Memory" - the ultra -right anti -Semitic organization - The Insider>

The story smoothly began to flow into the memories of how in 1993 Brumel sat in the besieged by the troops of the White House. Seeing that I was listening to him without enthusiasm, Brumel switched to a police officer standing nearby. For him, Brumel took out a folder with printed color photographs of Ildar Dadin. Brumel turned to the policeman:

“They consider Dadina political prisoners, and you look at which Dadin Mike!” He is right!

Not a single muscle trembled on the policeman's face. By the end of the second hour in the cold, SERB and their opponents came to the consensus - there is a lot of mess in Russia and in Ukraine.
