The Russian press - from the Official Kondovo to relatively decent - is full of restrained delight: there is no reliable evidence in the American report on Russian hackers. In the public unexpected part of this report, none of the hackers is named by names, no one is caught by the hand. "Names, turnouts, surnames?" - At one time, Vladimir Putin in response to accusations of human rights violations demanded at one time. Today, Russian propaganda votes in unison with the tonality of its master.
This reminded me of the old Soviet joke about foster exams at the Faculty of History of Moscow State University.
- Applicant Ivanov, when did the Titanic crash?
- In 1912.
- Well done! You are credited.
- Applicant Petrov, how many people died when the Titanic crash?
- About one and a half thousand.
- Well done! You are credited.
- Applicant Rabinovich, list all those who died by the collapse of the Titanic by name.
The Russian press devoted to the Kremlin is practicing today: "But what are all convicted hackers by names!" Unlike Rabinovich from a joke, American intelligence, presumably, knows these names. But where is it visible for intelligence to share such information with the public? Maybe the FSB or GRU share with the public the names of spies, which are being developed, but have not yet been arrested?
“Russian hackers hacked the brain of Barack Obama,” the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova is amused childishly. “This resembles a full-length hunt for witches,” the presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov is doing it. "Why is there nothing new in the report and where is the evidence?" -Asks the Internet publication "Medusa". “You will not see the evidence in the text, but there are conclusions there, believe them,” the publicist Leonid Volkov is fidgeting.
Castlessness, played indignation and mocking ridicule - this is the corporate identity of the Russian authorities
In fact, to believe the report or not to believe is the legitimate choice of anyone. But do we not know in Russia how violently our power is being twisted when it is convicted of criminal intentions? How many times did the Soviet leaders officially assured that they are not involved in the murder of their enemies-pool emigrants?! How much laughter was every time in the USSR about the mania of persecution from the Western special services?! How many times after that the authorities swore that with political murders abroad it is over that this criminal practice has already been convicted and remained in the past?! And then everything was repeated again, from Leo Trotsky and ending with Alexander Litvinenko.
And how indignantly the Kremlin waved in 1962 from the "unfounded" accusations that Soviet missiles with nuclear warheads were placed in Cuba! This "reckless game with fire" was accused by the Soviet government of the US authorities. But then, without changing the expressions on the face, they brought out rockets from Cuba, without recognizing publicly what they were there.
And with what condescending smile, or even with an indignation, the Soviet authorities explained to the stupid West that there were no political prisoners in the Soviet Union, and the dissidents are just criminals and they are sitting for ordinary criminal crimes, and not at all for their views. The same, by the way, says the authorities about the current political prisoners.
The shameless lies, prompted indignation and mocking ridicule are the corporate identity of the Russian authorities. Can we not know this? Do we doubt her ability to create outrages around the world?
