The Government of the Territory plans to sell a stake in the Krasnoyarsk airport

The regional authorities, together with deputies, will work out the option of selling the remaining lands of 49% of the shares of the Emelyanovo Airport.

The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Viktor Tolokonsky spoke about the planned transaction during the expanded hardware meeting with the government.

“The Government of the region, together with the profile committee of the Legislative Assembly, will work out the company’s appeal about the right to redeem with us 49%, which, of course, are not as attractive as 51%, but, nevertheless, the basic partner asks the offer to purchase a stake package,” quotes the head of the region of the regional portal krskstate.ru .

According to the governor, the airport’s profit after the sale of the main stake has increased from 120 million rubles. (in 2014) up to 500 million rubles. (in 2016).

In June 2015, the owner of the contribution of shares of JSC Era Group JSC, through which the Krasnoyarsk air harbor is controlled by the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station , controlled by Oleg Deripaska's structures.

The stake was redeemed from the Krasnoyarsk Territory at a price of 4.05 billion rubles, which was 2 times higher than the initial price of the lot.

Three companies participated in the auction for the right to purchase shares of Era Group JSC: PJSC Krasnoyarskaya hydroelectric power station (Bazel Aero Bazel Deripaski), Emelyanovo-Invest LLC (Viktor Viktorberg Airports) and Aquamarin LLC (novel Trotsenko Novaporta).

Two months later, in August 2015, the Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the petition of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station for the acquisition of a 100% stake in Era Group JSC.

In December 2015, PJSC “Krasnorya Hydroelectric Power Station” refused to be purchased in favor of Krasinvest LLC, the founder of which is JSC “Basic Airport Operator”.
