Ministry of Health: We did not propose to allow the "Skory" to hide cars

The Ministry of Health did not make a proposal to allow ambulance vehicles to hire cars that interfere with their passage, but such initiatives came from the public. According to RIA Novosti, this was stated by the director of the Department of Public Health and Communications of the Ministry of Health Oleg Salagai.

“The ministry did not make such an initiative. Such proposals really sounded from the public, ”he said.

Earlier, the Deputy Minister of Health Tatyana Yakovleva announced a proposal to allow ambulance vehicles to hide cars that do not miss them. In addition, she said that the ministry was discussing the issue of toughening responsibility for obstructing an ambulance.

“I think that it is necessary to tighten the legislation. If they didn’t miss an ambulance, this is simply not an unintentional murder, but I would say that this is a deliberate murder, ”said Yakovleva.
