The case against the “Khabarovsk knackers” and their accomplice has been brought to court

In January 2017, in Khabarovsk, the case against two girls accused of cruelty to animals, as well as their accomplice. Young people are charged with Art. 245 of the Criminal Code, Art. 162 of the Criminal Code, art. 282 of the Criminal Code and Art. 148 of the Criminal Code.

In January 2017, an investigation was completed in Khabarovsk cases of cruelty to animals (part 2 of article 245 of the Criminal Code), robbery (part 2 of article 162 of the Criminal Code), inciting hatred (Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) and insulting religious feelings believers (Part 1, Article 148 of the Criminal Code).

Two underage residents will soon be in the dock Khabarovsk and their 18-year-old acquaintance, who, depending on the role of each, accused of a whole series of various crimes.

Animal cruelty charges have been filed girls, due to the fact that, according to the case file, they are from June to August 2016, they took animals from a shelter, and after that they brutally killed them, posting them in Internet videos of bullying.

Robbery charges are also brought against only girls who, reportedly attacked a 20-year-old resident of Khabarovsk on 28 July 2016. According to law enforcement agencies, one of them met future victim on the Internet and led a young man to an abandoned building where a second girl was waiting for them, armed with a bat and an air pistol. The defendants attacked the young man, demanding to give them money. The victim resisted a blow to the jaw, but still managed to escape.

The charge of inciting hatred was brought against one of the girls and a young man who, according to investigators, filmed, edited and posted on the social network a video with the participation of a man, “ aimed at humiliating the dignity of a person and a group of people on the grounds of belonging to a social group ". Unfortunately, from the reports of the investigative committee it is not clear which social group is meant. Perhaps it is about the homeless or LGBT, since on the page of the person involved in the case on the social network there is messages in which she boasted of bullying the homeless and people with unconventional sexual orientation.

Charge of insulting religious feelings brought against one of the girls, who was reported to have repeatedly published on its page in the social network "VKontakte" images and texts aimed at against believers.

The case against the young people has already been taken to court for consideration on the merits.
