During the meeting, it turned out that the prosecution attached to the Panfilov case materials related to the case filed against PARNAS activist Natalya Pelevina on the illegal circulation of special technical equipment. Pelevina, according to the investigation, is also involved in the Bolotnaya case - she is suspected of organizing and financing mass riots. However, "special technical means", namely a pen with video recording functions, Pelevina got a few years after the events on Bolotnaya Square.
A pen with video recording functions also appeared in the case of Yekaterinburg blogger Ruslan Sokolovsky, accused of inciting hatred and insulting the feelings of believers for videos with rude criticism of the Orthodox Church.
