The man showed signs of a chronic mental illness, which made it impossible for him to realize the actual nature and social danger of his actions.
The court imposed compulsory medical measures on him in the form of compulsory treatment in a general psychiatric hospital.
The man has already received 10 days of administrative arrest under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of attributes or symbols of an extremist organization) for publication in this the same network of images of the symbols of the terrorist banned in Russia organizations.
