Stary Oskol: the case under Art. 280

In January 2017 in Stary Oskol, Belgorod Region, the court referred the case against a 24-year-old local resident accused of publication of racist text on the VKontakte network. In January 2017 in Stary Oskol, Belgorod Region, there were completed the investigation of the case of public incitement to extremism (part 2 of article 280 UK).

A 24-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, which, according to law enforcement agencies, on October 9, 2015, was published under pseudonym on his page on the social network "VKontakte" some xenophobic text calling for racist violence.

Unfortunately, similarities have not been reported.

The case has already been transferred to the Starooskolsky city court for consideration on the merits.
