Vyazniki: administrative fine for publishing banned songs

In December 2016, in the city of Vyazniki, Vladimir Region, the court fined 1,000 rubles to local resident Vladimir Borisov, who was recognized guilty of publishing banned neo-Nazi songs of the Kolovrat groups on the social network and "Grot". At the end of December 2016 in the city of Vyazniki, Vladimir Region an administrative case was initiated under Art. 20.29 Administrative Code (mass dissemination of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident Vladimir Borisov (1992 year of birth), which, according to law enforcement agencies, in 2013 published in the public domain banned songs from the Federal list of extremist materials.

We are talking about the songs of the group "Kolovrat" "Red Terror" and "Heroes R.O.A.”, which were recognized as extremist in February 2012 by decision Kominternovsky district court of the city of Voronezh (paragraphs 1232 and 1240 of the Federal list of extremist materials ), as well as about the clip of the group "Grot" - "Smoke", which was banned in July 2015 by the Sarov City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (paragraph 3045 of the Federal List of Extremist materials ).

Vyaznikovsky city court found Vladimir B. guilty and fined him 1,000 rubles.
