Tchaikovsky: 10 days of administrative arrest for publishing a prohibited audio clip on a social network

In January 2017, in the city of Chaikovsky, Perm Territory, the court sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest of a local resident found guilty of posting on a social network banned audio clip.

In January 2017, in the city of Chaikovsky, Perm Territory, there were initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident who, according to law enforcement published in social network "VKontakte" a certain forbidden audio clip.

Chaikovsky city court found the young man guilty and sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest. What is the reason for the imposition of such a severe punishment, we, unfortunately, do not know.
