Venev: administrative fine for publishing prohibited songs on social networks

In January 2017, in the city of Venev, Tula Region, the court fined a local resident who was found guilty of posting banned ultra-right songs on social media.

In January 2017, in the city of Venev, Tula region, there were initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident Anosov N., who according to law enforcement agencies, published in the public domain some prohibited neo-nazi songs.

Details, unfortunately, are not disclosed.

On January 24, the court recognized guilty and fined 2,000 rubles.
