RAS recognized the homeopathy of anti -scientific

The commission for the fight against pseudoscience under the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences said that treatment with homeopathic drugs does not have “scientific basics and justifications”. This is stated in the memorandum of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

“Explanations of the mechanisms of the alleged action of homeopathy contradict the well -known chemical, physical and biological laws, and there are no convincing experimental evidence of its effectiveness,” the document says.

The commission recommended the Ministry of Health to seize all homeopathic medicines from state clinics. Scientists also called on the FAS to protect Russians from advertising of such drugs.

As Mikhail Shkolenko explained to Kommersant , the professional association of the CIS homeopaths, Emperor Nicholas I, Marshal George Zhukov and a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee Viktor Grishin, were treated with homeopathy. “If homeopathy did not help, members of the CPSU Central Committee would not be treated,” he added.
