On February 2, 2017, the Proletarsky District Court of Tula fined under part 1
Article 20.3 (propaganda or public display of Nazi
attributes or symbols, or attributes or symbols similar to
Nazi paraphernalia or symbols to the point of confusion), Art. 20.29
(mass distribution of extremist materials) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of 19-year-old college student Andrei Serov. The student will pay 1 thousand rubles each. for every offense.
According to the case file, Serov published on his page on the social network VKontakte certain photographs, audio and video recordings included in the federal list of extremist materials.
The resolutions have not entered into force.
