The ex-deputy of United Russia and the head of the State Duma Committee on Constitutional Legislation Vladimir Pligin may become the head of the Federal Bailiff Service. This is written by "Vedomosti" with reference to their own sources.
The interlocutor of the publication in the State Duma claims that Pligin can change Arthur Parfenchikov in this post.
A source close to the White House confirmed that Parfenchikov would leave for Petrozavodsk, and also did not rule out that Pligin would come in his place.
It was not possible to contact Pligin.
Earlier, Interfax, citing a source, reported that Parfenchikov would leave his post in the coming days in connection with participation in the elections to the post of head of the Republic of Karelia. “As expected, this week Parfenchikov will be relieved of his position and appointed temporarily acting head of Karelia before the governor’s election procedure in this region,” the agency’s interlocutor said. In this regard, according to him, the current head of Karelia, Alexander Khudilainen, will also change their place of work.
