

In the materials proposed for the publication, the “Herald of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” found repeated borrowings without specifying sources. According to the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, official inspections are carried out upon the detection of plagiarism.
“According to the results of official inspections, a number of officials were brought to disciplinary liability, in other cases, official inspections are not completed at the moment,” the report said.
According to Life, borrowings were also discovered during the review of the materials of the Bulletin of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The publication writes that plagiarism was found in the works of the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Novosibirsk Region Andrei Nepopokoev, the head of the St. Petersburg Security Center of Persons to the State Protection of Boris Leontyev, as well as employees of the University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of St. Petersburg Ahmed Akhmedov and the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Isabella Minges.
