Cheboksary: ​​xenophobe sent for compulsory treatment

A 27-year-old local resident was in the dock, who, according to law enforcement agencies, published some xenophobic text on his social network page in July 2015.

Due to the fact that the defendant suffered from a mental disorder, the Moscow District Court of Cheboksary decided to apply compulsory medical measures to him. The young man was sent for treatment to a general psychiatric hospital.
