Tula: Fine for videos on the social network VKontakte

On March 2, 2017, in Tula, 18-year-old M. Ivanichkin was fined for making videos on the VKontakte social network.

On March 2, 2017, the Zarechensky District Court of Tula recognized the 18-year-old M.Ivanichkin guilty under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials included in the federal list of extremist materials). The young man was fined 1000 rubles.

Earlier, the prosecutor's office of the Zarechensky district of Tula found on the page of the user of the social network "VKontakte" Ivanichkin, in the "audio recordings" section, "materials of an extremist nature, the texts of which are included in the federal list of extremist materials."
