In the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow, the judge removed the bearded visitors from the hall and stated that "Kyrgyz and Uzbeks must all be expelled from Russia, let them solve their problems in their homeland."
On March 1, 2017, the President of the Society of Political Migrants of Central Asia, Bakhrom Khamroev, announced that the judge of the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow, Bogdan Vasiliev, when considering one of the cases, motivated his decision to extend the arrest of the defendant by the fact that he (the judge) hates the bearded and removed those who had a beard from the courtroom ." When Bakhrom Khamroev reminded the judge of observance of ethics, then Vasilyev removed him from the hall as well.
According to the president of the society of political migrants, the judge said: " Kyrgyz and Uzbeks must all be expelled from Russia, let them solve their problems in their homeland ."
