Fine for Nazi graffiti on the street

In the Ryazan region, a 23-year-old resident of the village of Lesnoy was fined for Nazi graffiti on the wall of a trailer.

On February 21, 2017, the Shilovsky District Court of the Ryazan Region fined a 23-year-old resident of the village of Lesnoy under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (demonstration of the symbols of an extremist organization).

According to the case file, on February 19, 2017 at 6:00 pm, a young man drew with a spray can of black paint "images in the form of two crosses ... and two parallel broken lines that have a direct resemblance to the emblem of the Nazi SS troops" on the wall of a metal trailer.

At the hearing, the defendant admitted his guilt and repented of his deed.

The court fined the offender for 1500 rubles.
