IN Simferopol court extended the period of arrest of Muslims suspected of cooperation with Hizb ut-Tahrir. Timur Abdullayev, Uzeyir Abdullayev, Rustem Ismailov, Emil Dzhemadenov and Ayder Saledinova will remain in detention until June 11, 2017.

March 7 2017, it became known that the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol for three months extended the term of arrest for five Muslims detained in Kamenka and Stroganovka in the framework of a criminal case initiated under Art. 205.5 CC (organization of the activities of a terrorist organization and participation in the activities such organization).

Timur Abdullaev, Uzeir Abdullaev, Rustem Ismailov, Emil Dzhemadenov and Ayder Saledinov will remain in custody until June 11, 2017.

Recall we believe that accusing members of Hizb ut-Tahrir of promoting terrorism only on the basis of party activities (holding meetings, reading literature, etc.) and prosecuting them under anti-terrorist articles illegally.
