Kazan: Suspects detained in the murder of a student from the Republic of Chad and a series of attacks motivated by hatred

R. Arkhipov and R. Khalilov confessed. Both go through four more episodes, including young people who may be involved in the debacle at the Novo-Tatar cemetery in early September 2016. In addition, the detainees confessed to the attack at the end 2016 for a native of Afghanistan.

In a conversation with the investigator, Khalilov did not express regrets about the murder. Khalilov also planned to attack a black woman with child, but "couldn't."

Khalilov said that he became an adherent of the ideology of National Socialism in 2010-2011 and chose as an example to follow "the leaders of the St. terrorist group of Dmitry Borovikov and Alexei Voevodin, Primorsky and Oryol partisans, members of the neo-Nazi groups "Spas" and NSWP".

The issue of choosing a measure of restraint for them is being decided.

Both detainees had previous convictions. It is reported that Khalilov was convicted in 2013 of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm to a native of Tajikistan in the parking lot of the Mega shopping center in 2013. (part 1 of article 111 of the Criminal Code), and Arkhipov was also in 2013 the Sovetsky District Court of Kazan found guilty of inciting ethnic hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).
