The suspects were placed in custody until April 17.
According to journalists, Khalilov has a tattoo in the shape of a cross - a symbol of the Straight edge subculture.
The police believe that R. Arkhipov and R. Khalilov may be involved in other similar crimes. In particular, as the investigator stated in the media, Khalilov admitted that he was going to shoot the visitors of the Tandem shopping complex on Dekabristov Street. “ If I had money, I would go into the mall and shoot everyone, leaving two bullets for law enforcement officers and one for myself .”
