Fine for videos on the social network VKontakte

In Krasnoyarsk, a 23-year-old local resident was fined for the videos "Skins" , "(Format 18) Morning of the Red Skin" and "In memory of Dmitry Borovikov".

On March 10, 2017, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Krasnoyarsk brought a 23-year-old local resident to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 (public demonstration of the Nazi symbols) and Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials). The violator was fined 2600 rubles.

Earlier, the prosecutor's office found that the offender posted freely on the social network "VKontakte" Nazi symbols - the video "Skins". In addition, he posted on his page the video “(Format 18) Morning of the Red Skin”, recognized as extremist by the Aleksandrovsky City Court of the Vladimir Region on October 31, 2014 and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 2629) and the video “In Memory of Dmitry Borovikov”, recognized as extremist Kirovsky District Court of Tomsk on July 21, 2009 and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (p. 669).

During the trial, the young man fully admitted his guilt, repented of his deed.

The VKontakte page with extremist materials and Nazi symbols was removed from the Internet by its author during a prosecutor's check.
