In March 2017, Smolensk initiated administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution extremist materials).
The case was initiated against a local resident who published in network "VKontakte" videos and audio recordings with neo-Nazi songs of the group "Kolovrat".
Recall the songs of the group "Kolovrat" were recognized as extremist by the decision of the Kominternovsky district court of Voronezh and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (pp.1223-1252).
On March 18, the Industrial District Court of Smolensk recognized young man guilty and fined.
