The military court of the Moscow District declared a local resident insane, who in 2012 made a homemade bomb using recipes from the Internet and threatened to blow up the Central Market if the city ATC will not save him from the "Caucasians". The convict was sent for compulsory treatment. This was announced in March 2017 by the Deputy Head of the Investigative Unit of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
