Samara resident fined for distributing extremist materials on social network

In Samara, a resident of the city was fined for distributing extremist materials on the VKontakte social network.

On March 27, 2017, the Kirovsky District Court of Samara fined Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (production and distribution of extremist materials) for a city resident for 2000 rubles with confiscation personal computer.

Earlier, a prosecutor's check showed that a resident of Samara on his page on the social network Internet "VKontakte" posted materials recognized as extremist by the Pervomaisky District Court of Izhevsk on October 19, 2015 as extremist materials and included in the federal list of extremist materials under item 3305.

Unfortunately, it is not clear what exactly attracted the attention of the prosecutor's office. Item 3305 provides an unsystematized list of 15 drawings with xenophobic captions. (... 1. Image divided into 4 parts, each part has a separate photograph of a man who looks like Adolf Hitler before formation. The image has the inscription "But I wonder why were there no Jews in Rus'? And why? Because every house had a stove”; 6. Image (demotivator) of a group of young people with signs of skinheads and the signature: “Do not cry, your father, son Skinhead. Let him cry whose son Ahmed"; 7. Image (demotivator) of two paratroopers holding watermelons and the inscription: “Why buy watermelons from chocks? Take it for free!”: 8. The image of four monkeys with spoons against the background of the image of mountains and the inscription: “Stop feeding the Caucasus!”; 9. Image of signboard with text: "Barbecues Coal Liquid for ignition"; 10. Image divided by 4 parts, each part has a separate photograph of V.V. Zhirinovsky. On the image has an inscription: there the chock was drunk ... dili; here I want understand where he is; this one was shot dead in the carriage; what are you waited??? The Week of Friendship of Peoples is over”; 11. Picture (demotivator) with a double inscription: “Chechnya needs peace! Preferably all; Chechnya needs x..y preferably in the mouth”; 12. Image of a person who looks like on Hitler in the form of a saint with a halo in the style of an icon; 13. Picture in in the style of a Soviet poster, a woman working at a construction site is drawn, Slavic appearance, with the inscription "this is Russia, do not go home to the village, ass!"; 14. Image of a man firing a sniper rifle, with drawing of a fascist swastika, supplemented by images of a grenade, pistols, brass knuckles, cartridges with the inscription: “Defend your homeland! meet worthy of an immigrant"; 15.
