Murmansk: administrative fine for publishing prohibited videos and photos with Nazi symbols

In April 2017, in Murmansk, the court fined 5,000 rubles of a local resident found guilty of publishing some photos on a social network with Nazi symbols and banned videos.

In April 2017, Murmansk initiated administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials) and Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public display of Nazi symbols).

The case was initiated against a local resident who, according to law enforcement agencies, who published on the social network "VKontakte" some photos with Nazi symbols and banned videos.

Details, unfortunately, were not reported.

The court found the young man guilty and fined him 5 thousand rubles.
