Yaroslavl: two administrative fines for publishing banned songs on social networks

In April 2017 in Yaroslavl, the court fined 1,000 rubles two local residents, having found both guilty of publishing some banned songs.

In April 2017, two administrative cases under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

Cases were started against two local residents, one of who are 19 years old, and the second - 21 years old, who, according to law enforcement bodies, published on their pages in the social network "VKontakte" some videos with banned songs from the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

Details, unfortunately, were not reported.

The court found both guilty and fined each 1000 rubles.
