Vladimir: the case under Art. 280

In April 2017, the case was brought to court in Vladimir against a local resident born in 1987, accused of posting on a social network materials with calls for xenophobic violence.

In April 2017, an investigation was completed in Vladimir cases under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism).

A local resident will soon be in the dock 1987 year, which, according to law enforcement agencies, published on its page on the social network "VKontakte" a photograph of a swastika with text, in which contained calls for violence against Jews, as well as people from the Caucasus and from Central Asia.

The young man fully admitted his guilt.

The case has already been transferred to the Frunzensky District Court of Vladimir for consideration on the merits.
