The Ministry of Justice did not discover violations in the work of the Foundation of Regional Non -Profit Projects "Dar", mentioned in the investigation of the Corruption Fund (FBK) of real estate Dmitry Medvedev. It is reported by RBC.

As it became known to the publication, this is stated in the response of the Ministry of Justice to the request of the lawyer of the anti -corruption center of the Yabloko party Alexei Chumakov.

Chumakov sent a request to the Ministry of Justice in early March of this year. The document stated that the Dar Foundation did not publish reports in the public domain, which violates the law “On Non -Profit Organizations”.

Chumakov also asked to check the fund “for cash receipts and other property from foreign states”, suggesting that he can be recognized as a “foreign agent”.

The Ministry of Justice of the lawyer replied that the fund complies with the requirements for reporting. “On the issue of familiarization with the reporting, it is necessary to contact the fund. The Main Directorate does not have information to recognize the fund by a non -profit organization performing the functions of a foreign agent, ”the department said.
