On April 6, 2017, the Chukhlomsky District Court of the Kostroma Region brought Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of Nazi symbols) of an 18-year-old student of a technical school. According to the case file, the student posted on his page on one of the social networking sites three images, " which show four-beam swastika symbols ."
When considering the case, the young man admitted guilt in committing an offense, his guilt was confirmed by other evidence collected in the case.
Taking into account the confession of guilt and repentance, the technical school student was sentenced to a fine.
