The court refused to accept the lawsuit "Mediazons" to the Russian Foreign Ministry

The Presnensky court of Moscow refused to accept the lawsuit of the Mediazon publication against the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the refusal to provide information. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the press secretary of the court Anastasia Pylina, the editor-in-chief of the Mediazone Sergey Smirnov filed an administrative lawsuit, and according to the norms of the law it was necessary to file a civil lawsuit.
