In the Bakhchisaray district of Crimea, searches were again carried out at Muslims, several people were detained.
April 13, 2017 in the Bakhchisarai region of Crimea were several people were detained, allegedly suspected of collaborating with Hizb ut-Tahrir. They were searched, literature was confiscated.
In particular, searches were carried out at the homes of Riza Muzhdabayev and Seydamet Mustafaev. Shevket and Mustafa Mustafaevs, Eskender Memetov, Mustafa and Shevket Abduramanovs, Remzi Zudiev, Ametkhan Umerov, Aziz Azizov, Midat Muzhdabaev were detained. The detainees were convicted under Art. 20.2 (violation of order holding a public event) and 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (public demonstration extremist symbols) and imposed a fine of 10 thousand rubles to 12 days of arrest.
