Fine for publishing prohibited songs on social networks

In April 2017 in the Vologda region, the court fined a resident of the Babaevsky district for posting three songs recognized as extremist on a social network.

The case was initiated against a resident of the Babaevsky district, who, according to law enforcement agencies, posted in the public domain three certain audio recordings that were recognized as extremist and included in the federal list of extremist materials.

The court found him guilty and fined him.
