In April 2017, it became known that in the city of Orsk Orenburg region, a local resident was punished under Part 1 Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi symbols).
According to the case file, the girl posted a picture with Nazi symbols on a social network. The media describes this image as follows: " the picture showed a man on his knees. His hands were behind his back, and next to him stood a creature with a human body and the head of a dove. In one hand he had a gun, and on the sleeve of the other was an image of a Nazi swastika. "
In court, the girl partially admitted her guilt, said that she uploaded the picture " only to make fun of her friend ."
The court imposed a fine of 1000 rubles on the offender.
