In Rostov-on-Don, a 19-year-old student of a technical school was fined for the video “The Image of a Skinhead” on a social network.

In April 2017, in the Zernogradsky district of Rostov-on-Don, a 19-year-old student of the Zernograd Agricultural Technology College was fined under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).

According to the materials of the case, the student posted on his page on the social network "VKontakte" a video "Image of a skinhead", recognized by the decision of the Iskitimsky District Court of the Novosibirsk Region on November 5, 2013 as extremist material.

The amount of the fine is one thousand rubles.
