In Omsk, the case of 27-year-old Alexander Artamonov, accused of publishing xenophobic comments, audio recordings and photographs, has been brought to court.

In May 2017, in the Omsk region, the investigation of the criminal case of Alexander Artamonov, a 27-year-old resident of Omsk, was completed, accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred or enmity).

According to the investigation, in 2012-2014, the defendant on the social network VKontakte under a pseudonym posted " comments, audio recordings and photographs inciting hostile, discriminatory, violent actions against a certain group of people united on the basis of race and nationality ."
