In the Krasnodar Territory, a 24-year-old local resident was fined for using a swastika on the Internet.

In May 2017, in the Krasnodar Territory, a 24-year-old resident of the Temryuk District was punished under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Administrative Code (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols). A native of Kazakhstan published photos with Nazi symbols on his page in the public domain.

In considering the case, the court took into account the admission of guilt and remorse young man, as well as the presence of a dependent child child. The court fined the offender. He deleted the photos with the swastika.
