In the Chelyabinsk region, the prosecutor's check found operating branch of the recognized extremist organization "Orda" and initiated in relation to the head of the administrative case of illegal missionary work.
On May 12, 2017, it became known about the excitement in the village urban type Pervomaisky Chelyabinsk region cases under Part 4 of Art. 5.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation legislation on freedom of conscience, freedom of religion and religious associations). The case was brought against the head banned on the territory of the Chelyabinsk region of the organization "Orda".
A public prosecutor's review conducted in April concluded that that the head of the organization “illegally carried out missionary activities aimed at disseminating information about one's creed among persons who are not members of this religious association, in order to involvement of these persons in the composition of the participants of the religious association”.
Recall that "Horde" is included in the Federal List extremist organizations and banned in several regions. Still followers of this organization, as well as similar to it "Way of the Ancestors" ("Ata zholy”), “Heritage of ancestors” was usually imputed to Art. 239 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (creation religious association whose activities involve violence against citizens and other infliction of harm to health, and management thereof).
