In May 2017, the city of Murmansk initiated administrative case under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public demonstration Nazi symbols) and art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials).
The case was initiated against a local resident who, according to law enforcement agencies, published in the social network "VKontakte" some prohibited materials and materials with Nazi symbols.
Details were not reported.
The court found the Internet user guilty and fined him for 1000 rubles.
