In Tolyatti, a case of administrative offense was opened for audio recordings on the social network “VKontakte”

On May 17, 2017, in Tolyatti, an administrative offense case was initiated against a 33-year-old local resident for audio recordings on the VKontakte social network.

On May 17, 2017, a case was initiated in Togliatti under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials) against a 33-year-old local resident for posting materials included in the federal list of extremist materials on the Vkontakte social network.

According to the case file, the young man posted audio recordings on his VKontakte page that were recognized as extremist and included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials.

The case was sent for consideration to the Komsomolsky District Court of Togliatti.
