A passport addressed to Alexander Dakar was issued in February 2016. Meanwhile, according to Espreso.TV, the attempt on Adam Osmaev was made by Arthur Kurmakaev (Denisultanov), nicknamed Dingo. In 2008, Kurmakaev was detained in Austria and sent from the country on suspicion of threats by Umar Israilov, who accused Ramzan Kadyrov of torture and abductions of people.

Kurmakaev stated that Kadyrov has “lists of enemies”, which are planned to be destroyed. Returning to Russia, he abandoned his testimony about Kadyrov.
