Inspectors disrupted a service in an evangelical church in Arzamas

In Arzamas on Troitsa, law enforcement officers disrupted the festive service in the Evangelical Church. They checked in during which the only “violation” was revealed: a sign with the name of the church was indoors, not on the fence.  

June 4, 2017 law enforcement officers came to the festive service of the Evangelical Church of Arzamas. arrivals began to film, ignoring the announcement of the ban on filming and the request pastor to leave the premises. Visitors cited as the reason for their visit received complaint.

The pastor was interrogated for more than an hour in the official "gazelle". the rest parishioners were called out of the church building and questioned. Multiple employees conducted an inspection and drew up an appropriate protocol. The believers were scared children were crying, several elderly people needed heart drugs.

The main claim of the inspectors was that on the fence there is no signboard with the name of the religious organization around the building. House private, the pastor and his family live in it. The name of the religious organization the certificate of registration and the schedule of services were on the stand indoor ads. All this was reflected in the protocol.

On June 6, the officer who drew up the protocol again arrived at church, reported that he found three errors in the protocol, and asked to sign changes. The pastor agreed, but added an additional explanation to the minutes. A few hours later, the same employee returned with a new protocol and asked sign it. The pastor refused, because it did not reflect the information included in previous protocols.
