Samara: second verdict under Art. 282 against a local nationalist

In June 2017 in Samara by 1.5 years imprisonment conditionally, the court sentenced previously convicted local resident Sergei Kolychenkov, who was found guilty of posting certain xenophobic articles on the VKontakte social network materials.

In June 2017 in Samara was issued verdict in the case of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1, Article 282 of the Criminal Code).

On the dock was a local resident Sergei Kolychenkov, born in 1987, who, according to law enforcement agencies, from February 2014 to April 2016 published some xenophobic materials on the social network.

Unfortunately the details are not have been reported.

The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 1.5 years in prison conditionally with a probationary period of 1.5 years.

Recall that Sergei Kolychenkov previously was judged under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code: in 2007, the court sentenced him to a similar punishment for posting xenophobic leaflets.
