On the dock was a local resident Sergei Kolychenkov, born in 1987, who, according to law enforcement agencies, from February 2014 to April 2016 published some xenophobic materials on the social network.

The court found him guilty and sentenced him to 1.5 years in prison conditionally with a probationary period of 1.5 years.
Recall that Sergei Kolychenkov previously was judged under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code: in 2007, the court sentenced him to a similar punishment for posting xenophobic leaflets.
