Tomsk: a case against a minor xenophobe has been brought to court

In June 2017, in Tomsk, a case against a minor was brought to court a local resident suspected of publishing some xenophobic audio clips and text on the social network VKontakte.

In June 2017, an investigation into the case of initiating national hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).

A minor local resident will soon be in the dock, who according to law enforcement agencies, between February and March 2016 published on his page in the social network "VKontakte" a certain xenophobic text and two audio clips calling for violence against representatives of certain ethnic groups.

The young man fully admitted his guilt.

The case has already been transferred to the Oktyabrsky District Court for consideration on the merits.
